Cruise Patrol was an old gay video site à la BaitBus. I no longer think it's in operation. At the time I didn't even have a credit card much less afford to subscribe so I would watch the trailers. There was something about Jay (the bottom in this video) that I just liked so I held on to the trailer for years. On a whim, I decided to see if the full video is up somewhere and I found it!
I only saw the full video for the first time a few minutes ago. It's very low-res and the audio is out of synch until the 6th minute or so.
