American Muscle Magazine was THE television destination for male muscle addicts back in the 80s and 90s. ESPN has dumped the show decades ago. These 46 videos take you back to the days of muscle on television, mainly as found on American Muscle and via Video Action VHS tapes. The collection is split in two parts: == FEATURES == and muscle == PROFILES ==. The former are mashups of muscle clips on various topics; the latter are muscle edits featuring individual bodybuilders. All videos are 640x480 pixels in H264 format. Some are excellent quality whilst others not so much. At times, you can enjoy the age-old VHS artifacts of the stretched tape and the wandering sync tracker - hard to find and never equalled in the digital age.
