“Last year I was 550 pounds heavy and lost over 110 pounds since. I know now dieting is just not who i am so I’ve decided to let go and get back into gaining. April 11th ive started gaining weight again at 430lb and at May 16th ive done a weight in and was blown away 481 pounds. In a bit over a month i managed to gain 51 pounds.
